Children’s Ministry

Children are the future of the church and its ability to fulfill the Great Commission.    Therefore, it is our desire to cultivate the hearts and minds and souls of our children towards a personal, vital, and growing relationship with Jesus Christ. 

NHIM Children’s Ministry leaders and staff understand that it is our job to assist parents in the spiritual formation of their children. Parents are the front-line in spiritual discipleship of their children.   We are commitment to providing a consistent supplement to the spiritual nurturing taking place at home. 

We understand children have unique ways of learning, relating, responding, and communicating.  We therefore consider the developmental stage of the children, the environments in which they will learn, and their individual relational needs in order to communicate the truth of the Bible in a way that is relevant and engaging.

We also understand that children like to have fun! So while the emphasis is on solid biblical training, parents will find that creative and exciting methods are used to reinforce the teaching and engage children in building relationships with the LORD and with one another.

NHIM considers it a privilege to come alongside families in the spiritual training of their children.  We look forward to meeting you and your children!
